  • Debt collection law firm

We ensure that your official assignment is carried out throughout the Netherlands by our own bailiffs. After serving the writ, the bailiff will provide you with immediate feedback on the findings on the spot by email.

Official assignments

You can submit all your official assignments very simply. Whether it concerns serving a writ or levying a (prejudgment) attachment, you can simply send it via the button upload writ. You will be notified whether the submitted documents meet the legal requirements. To ensure that notices are served at the correct address, address details are always checked in the Personal Data Registry and/or the Trade Register.

Urgent assignment

If you have an urgent order, please always contact the loose orders department first. You can reach it on 010-254 0302. Misunderstandings relating to deadlines in which the order must be executed can thus be avoided. If you wish to consult directly with one of our bailiffs, you can also choose to have us contact you.

Execution orders

The handling of your execution assignment is carried out by a team of specialised staff and bailiffs. In consultation with you, we determine the execution route to be followed. Inkassier will advise you on further possibilities, deadlines and cost risks.

Legal collection costs

Inkassier charges the legally determined Btag rates for the execution of official activities. For additional and special work, the rates listed in our general conditions apply. Would you like to know more? Then call 010-254 0302 or send an e-mail to losseopdrachten@inkassier.nl .
